General Section
In this section, you will setup the project details such as the name of the company, their annual revenue, number of employees, tax rate, discount rate, and evaluation period, etc. You will also enter benefit and cost levers which are essentially high-level categorization of benefits and costs.
Benefit Calculation
In this section, you will select each of the high-level benefit buckets (levers) that you created in the General Setup section and attach benefit metrics/KPIs to them.
Cost Calculation
In this section, you will select each of the high-level cost buckets (levers) that you created in the General Setup section and attach cost metrics/KPIs to them.
Benefit Projection
The benefits are projected over the evaluation period. There is an opportunity to change the weightage of each of the benefits as well.
Cost Projection
The costs are projected over the evaluation period.
Net Present Value
Net present value of the project initiative for the evaluated period is displayed here.
Value Graphs
The business value case of the project or initiative is displayed visually with the pie charts depicting benefit and cost breakdowns. The bar chart shows the net cash flow and the line chart shows the breakeven point.
Customizing Valufy
